About the role Are you an experienced leader passionate about supporting teams to deliver high-quality client services? Relationships Australia Queensland is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join our Maroochydore venue.  As Team Leader, you will provide direct supervision, operational leadership, and clinical oversight, while managing casework, performance, and duty of care responsibilities. You’ll play a central role in implementing organisational strategy, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a collaborative team culture committed to client safety and positive outcomes. Your expertise will be vital in supporting both the Regional Service Manager and frontline practitioners, identifying and addressing gaps in service delivery, and ensuring compliance with best practice standards. If you’re passionate about leading change, supporting your team, and delivering integrated, client-focused services, we encourage you to apply.   Additionally, you will: Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of service delivery staff, ensuring effective resource allocation and consistent client outcomes. Provide immediate management support for clinical practitioners, including case management guidance, clinical decision making, and duty of care oversight. Deliver services to clients including but not limited to, complex case management, assessment, intake and risk screening, case planning, case reviews, co-service delivery and critical incident response. Implement and monitor the regional Operational Plan in collaboration with the Regional Manager and other Team Leaders. Provide ongoing feedback, mentoring, advice and coaching to direct reports, supporting skill development, continuous improvement, and increased competencies through an effective performance management framework. Utilise business data and reports to identify and action operational improvements, remedy underperformance, and drive continuous service enhancement. Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing professional development of clinical employees, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture. About you To thrive in this role, you are a highly motivated and experienced leader with a strong understanding of community service provision and a proven track record of success in managing multi-disciplinary teams across diverse locations. You possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You are a strategic thinker with a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of individuals and families.
